Unbelibubble is the Westside's only dedicated boba counter — a stall at Chattahoochee Food Works, the 31-vendor food hall that anchors The Works development on Chattahoochee Avenue. The brand is a local mini-chain; this is their third Atlanta location after Duluth and Politan Row in Midtown. The Chattahoochee stall is the one Westsiders can actually walk into on a regular basis.
The menu runs about fifty drinks — black milk tea, green tea with house grapefruit purée, peach oolong, strawberry matcha latte — all built on daily-steeped loose-leaf with homemade boba and fruit purées rather than pre-made syrups. The Strawberry Matcha Latte and the Grapefruit Green are the house favorites. Housemade honey bread and Nutella bread round out the menu for kids and food-hall wanderers.
The value of having Unbelibubble here isn't the drink theater of a standalone destination — it's that Chattahoochee Food Works is a legitimate lunch and weekend anchor on the Westside, and Unbelibubble gives the food hall a reason to stretch into a drink at the end. Pair it with the banh mi, hibachi, or Italian counters, then linger at the communal tables.
Practical notes: The food-hall hours (Sun–Wed to 8pm, Thu–Sat to 10pm) are longer on weekend nights than most Westside coffee shops. Ample free parking in The Works surface lot.
