Chai in Atlanta

Atlanta's chai culture draws on multiple South Asian traditions: the Indian masala chai at The Chai Box and Botiwalla, the Pakistani doodh pathi and Kashmiri styles at Dil Bahar Café, and the Michelin-recommended Chai Pani in Decatur. Almost all of it is brewed to order from whole spices — not syrup pumped into a coffee-shop latte.
